“Minds (Caminos) is an emotive release featuring soulful vocal performances, delicate instrumentation and an addictive vibe. This excellent release needs to be heard”

My Story
As the daughter of musicians music has always been part of my life. I started writing songs as a child, sang in the school choir, formed and joined bands over the years and find that I constantly move in a direction which opens up new doors and frontiers to expression. We never stand still as artists but are always carving out new territory and morphing into a fuller expression of ourselves which inevitably touches people who resonate.
“Beautiful” – Robert Elms, BBC Radio London.

Compositions
In 2018, I released my debut album Caminos (with Turquoise Coconut Records), which explores themes of finding our voice and searching for a sense of belonging. My second release, the 2023 EP No Mud, No Lotus, reflects on the unexpected beauty and growth that can come from life’s hardships. My single Connected and uk garage remix was written as a response to world events.
“Minds (Caminos) is rich with such directed and deep lyrics behind a voice filled with melancholy. It goes straight to the heart. It is inspired by talent and professional experience” – New Artist Discoveries

Music Journey
After running my jazz function band for 10 years and singing with many ensembles I went on to study for a Masters in Jazz Music Performance at the Guildhall School of Music in 2014 as a mature student.
I met some really inspirational and supportive people such as Brigitte Beraha, Lee Gibson, Martin Hathaway, Scott Stroman and Malcolm Edmonstone. I went on to write my first album Caminos in 2018, then an EP No Mud, No Lotus in 2022 and my single Connected in 2024 in response to the insanity and inhumanity in the world.
“Really pleased to have discovered your work. Great writing, great words, beautiful singing, fantastic piano in ‘Presence’” – Martin Pyne, Composer, Improviser, Percussionist.

Music Collaboration
This year I have collaborated by writing on an album with the amazing Martin Archer of Discus Music which is really exciting as once again, it’s a new direction for me. The album Mast Year comes out Spring 2026.
“Her music and words strike an exquisite balance between captivating poeticism and softly-lit musical sound-worlds”
John Garner
Reconnection and Reinvention: My Latest Musical Chapters
For my EP No Mud, No Lotus (2023), I teamed up once again with the incredibly talented pianist and composer Giuliano Parisi—he also played on Caminos, so it felt natural to collaborate again.
I started writing the songs in 2021, in the wake of the pandemic, and finished them in early 2023. These pieces speak to the kinds of challenges so many of us face, and the unexpected beauty that can arise from them—something that resonates deeply with the message of the book No Mud, No Lotus by Zen Buddhist teacher Thich Nhat Hanh. I’ve had the joy of bringing this work to life on stage with dancer and movement collector Martin Bowes, which added a whole new dimension to the performances.

🎶Connected
My new track Connected (released 2025) marks a bit of a shift for me—stepping away from the gently textured soundscapes of my earlier releases and exploring a more electronic world, with elements of spoken word woven in.
This new direction reflected a new energy and freedom.
Also this year I have collaborated writing on an album with the amazing Martin Archer of Discus Music which is really exciting as once again, it’s a new direction for me.
